In this module, the successful participants will learn to use the past tense and the future tense. They will start to develop their listening and speaking skills. In addition, they will learn how to handle very simple situations on the telephone, such as taking an easy message for a colleague. At the end of this module, the successful participants will be ready to handle some basic tasks in English.
